Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are packed with care and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $10 — arrives in 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: $15 — arrives in 2-5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may vary based on location, weather, or seasonal delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact the courier first using your tracking number. If further help is needed, contact us at contact@hausofarella.com


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
• Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Packaging, branding, and gift boxes are included

Hygiene Policy

For health & safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for another item, please email us first to confirm availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Sale, promotion, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
