Our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel with durable 18K gold plating — designed for everyday wear, shine, and confidence.

Although our jewellery is water-resistant and safe for contact with water, we recommend removing it before showering to help maintain its gold finish for as long as possible.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Store in a dry place, preferably in your Haus of Arella pouch or box
• Clean regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth
• Put jewellery on last after perfumes, lotions & makeup
• Remove before workouts, swimming, and long water exposure
• Keep pieces separate to prevent scratching

What to Avoid

• Harsh chemicals, perfumes, self-tanners & cleaning products
• Rough surfaces or heavy impact
• Leaving jewellery in bathrooms, wet bags, or humid spaces
• Wearing in the shower — even though it’s water-safe, it shortens plating life over time

Cleaning

Gently wipe with a microfiber or jewellery polishing cloth to remove oils, sunscreen, sweat & residue.
